Responsibilities
- Service & installation of commercial domestic hot water systems including but not limited to;Commercial water heaters, Commercial domestic boilers, holding tanks & controls.
- Tankless water heaters & combo units.
- Circulating pumps
- Service & installation of commercial heating/cooling systems including but not limited to;
- Hot water & steam heating boilers.
- Forced air & air conditioning units.
- Heat pumps.
- Chilling towers.
Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience in commercial HVAC
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems
- CFC Certified
- Ability to read commercial wiring schematics
- Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and use power & hand tools
- Work in outside conditions and in tight spaces
- Use of ladders for roof access
