Commercial HVAC Service Tech (5+ years commercial exp)

About the role

BCI Mechanical is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. We are a family-managed company dedicated to investing in our people and building lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Service a variety of commercial and industrial HVAC systems including Rooftop Units, Split Systems, Air Handlers, VAV Systems, Chillers, Boilers, Make-Up Air Units, Exhaust & Ventilation Systems, and Building Automation Controls.
• Diagnose equipment issues, perform repairs, and complete preventive maintenance.
• Communicate directly with customers while representing BCI Mechanical's commitment to quality and professionalism.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• NATE Certification.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Experience servicing multiple commercial HVAC equipment manufacturers.
