About the role
BCI Mechanical is growing and seeks experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians with at least 5 years of commercial experience.
Responsibilities
- Service a variety of commercial and industrial HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, air handlers, variable air volume (VAV) systems, chillers, boilers, make-up air units, exhaust & ventilation systems, and building automation controls.
- Diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs.
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks.
- Communicate directly with customers while representing BCI Mechanical's commitment to quality and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- NATE Certification preferred.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) preferred.
- Experience servicing multiple commercial HVAC equipment manufacturers preferred.
