About the role
BCI Mechanical is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. We value our technicians' contributions and offer a supportive, family-oriented culture.
Responsibilities
- Service a variety of commercial and industrial HVAC systems including Rooftop Units, Split Systems, Air Handlers, Variable Air Volume (VAV) Systems, Chillers, Boilers, Make-Up Air Units, Exhaust & Ventilation Systems, and Building Automation Controls.
- Diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs.
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks.
- Communicate directly with customers while representing BCI Mechanical's commitment to quality and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- NATE Certification.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30.
- Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS).
- Experience servicing multiple commercial HVAC equipment manufacturers.
