Commercial HVAC Master Service Technician

Top Responsibilities

  • Travel the states of Montana and Wyoming to perform detailed startups and service on equipment represented by S Conley Sales, Inc.
  • Coordinate with Support Manager and customer to precisely understand requirements for all on-site installation and repairs by extensively examining building layouts, equipment IOM’s, forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing on-site work.
  • Represent the company by serving as a direct customer contact, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, analyzing, diagnosing, and repairing systems at customer's location in a timely and professional manner. Master Service Technician is the technical go to person for the customer in your service area.
  • Independently manage daily business needs by identifying parts to order for repairs and determining the required urgency of the request. Utilizing existing company resources, including an on-staff parts and warehouse manager, to return equipment to service in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Must be a self-starter, independent, and have strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at any given time
  • Must obtain a Universal CFC License

Education / Experience

  • 15+ years in HVAC service, with an aptitude to understand mechanical HVAC systems and controls.
  • Industry specific experience in Hospital and/or Resort work
  • Strong Communication and Team Leadership skills a must.
  • Strong Technical skills
  • Excellent customer service skills a must: Troubleshooting, teamworking, good communication skills, and Facility relationship building.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Drug screening and background check.
  • Strong self-directed work ethic and motivation to learn the newest technologies in the industry.

Compensation

  • $50 +/hour Base Pay DOE, competitive compensation based upon experience.
  • We provide each technician with a service vehicle, required specialty tools, uniform, gas card, cell phone, and paid training.
