Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
- Deliver high-quality customer service in the field
- Manage service calls independently
- Maintain accurate service documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of commercial HVAC service experience; 10+ years preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Experience servicing a broad range of HVAC systems
- Union membership preferred, or willingness to join
- Well-rounded HVAC background preferred over refrigeration-only experience
Territory
Primarily Milwaukee and surrounding areas. Occasional travel to Madison and Green Bay. Minimal overnight travel.
