Responsibilities

• Manage commercial projects around the Dakota's and the surrounding area
• Supervise employees on the job site
• Read blueprints and do layouts
• Lead a crew, provide technical advice, and coordinate material and manpower with the Project Manager
• Be a leader on the team and join a supportive family-friendly company

Requirements

• Prefer 3 or more years of experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Thorough knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in steel stud framing
• Organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills to manage time and supervise employees
• Leadership skills and effective communication skills to supervise a crew
• Able to read blueprints and do a layout
• Willingness to travel as needed for overnight stays
