About the role
The Commercial Foreman is responsible for overseeing a team of 5-20 commercial roofing crew members in Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex.
Responsibilities
- Manages material and labor hours
- Able to read blueprints and drawings
- Monitors project progress and quality
- Occasional travel outside of DFW required
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience managing a commercial roofing crew
- Able to speak Spanish
Qualifications
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Benefits
- Base salary of $65,000 - $75,000
