What does a Commercial Finance & Pricing Director do at WPP Production?
- Manage the new business commercial process, including implementing strategic, competitive pricing methodologies.
- Manage pricing strategy for existing clients, balancing revenue and profit results with long term potential.
- Manage the financial health of the portfolio, analyzing revenue risks/opportunities and profitability.
- Manage the collection and presentation of data for client required reporting.
- Play an integral part in MSA/SOW/Contract review, ensuring mutually-beneficial terms.
- Manage client communications, including with brand marketing managers and procurement.
- Assist in the preparation of rate cards.
- Monitor new business pipeline activity, to help drive financial strategy and forecasting analyses.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of Agency experience required.
- Must have experience in developing cross functional relationships with non-finance stakeholders.
- Forecasting experience.
- Experience in aligning different perspectives and inputs to generate concise cost proposals and outputs.
- Direct client negotiation experience.
- Experience in development of MSA's and familiarity with legal terms.
- Experience in generating pricing that incorporates AI tools/software is a plus.
- At least 3 years in people management.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
Pay
The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $100,000 to $230,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
