Commercial Finance Manager (Relocation Stipend Approved!)

What Will You Do?

Play a proactive role in providing financial advice and assistance on business issues.

Using your knowledge of the business environment, provide an independent evaluation of financial forecasts, and assess financial risks or opportunities.

Support and monitor business opportunities by reviewing quotes and business proposals.

Drive improvements in Core Operating Income and working capital metrics.

Understand key drivers of both income and working capital to help maximize benefits to Jabil.

Actively engage and contribute to current quarter operating metrics and long-term planning & strategy.

Work closely with the Plant Finance Controller and Operational teams to review operational metrics and KPIs to ensure manufacturing performance is measured appropriately for each respective business and product group.

Monitor initiatives in support of achieving the Long-Term Plan and Annual Operating Plan.

Support Supply Chain Development Management on initiatives that improve company material margins and working capital.

Constantly seek to add value to current processes, information systems, and business growth.

Support the Business Planning, budgeting/forecasting, and actual financial performance processes.

Identify and challenge cost structures, providing modeling support to the business and operational teams in identifying and delivering opportunities to reduce costs.

Create the business case financial model, undertake sensitivity analysis.

Provide commercial support and expertise to other team members.

May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is required.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years' related experience is required, including hands-on exposure to US GAAP and SOX. Experience in a manufacturing/fast-paced environment is a plus.
