Commercial Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead thoughtful, timely month-end reporting and financial analysis for Business Units each month.
• Be able to clearly tell the story of what happened, why it happened, and what we can expect going forward.
• Lead monthly forecast and annual budget processes for Business Units, including measuring performance against the forecast and budget.
• Help drive the organization to find ways to hit or improve on targets.
• Use insight, analysis and critical thinking to evaluate options and make recommendations.
• Support the business in developing and executing on effective business strategies in preparation for the annual Strategic Reviews and throughout the year.
• Perform routine and ad-hoc financial analysis utilizing financial modeling and business analysis techniques.
• Drive continuous improvement within the Finance & Accounting function, including improving the quality and reliability of relevant reporting and analytics.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and take the lead on implementing action plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of relevant financial analysis experience with increasing responsibilities
• Strong Excel Skills and experience in ERP systems; Power BI and Microsoft D365 is a plus
• Strong ability to solve problems, prioritize and multitask
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and executive presence
• Ownership, accountability and ability to influence others
• Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships across functions

Pay

The suggested pay range for this role, depending upon experience, is between $125K-140K with bonus potential.
