Commercial Director West - Los Angeles (Remote)

About the role

This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a consumer-facing environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable performance of boutiques and POS, including expansion plans
• Provide commercial analysis to support business acceleration
• Define and monitor annual commercial objectives and KPIs
• Understand market dynamics and propose growth opportunities
• Conduct territory visits and maximize client-facing opportunities
• Lead and coach retail and wholesale teams to foster excellence
• Develop strategic action plans for client traffic and retention
• Ensure product knowledge training and strong storytelling capabilities
• Oversee operational guidelines compliance and support sales
• Build brand awareness and align marketing events with storytelling
• Ensure flawless presentation of the brand in stores
• Lead the process of store openings and renovations

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen and strategic vision
• 10+ years of leadership experience in retail, wholesale, or business strategy (luxury preferred)
• Proven ability to develop and inspire teams
• Self-driven and results-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree; luxury watches or jewelry experience preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel 70% of the time
• Fluency in English
