About the Role
This role will be responsible for commercial sales operations to support the development and launch of lorundrostat in hypertension. The role will act as the primary liaison of commercial operations to field colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Guide field CRM implementation and maintenance with CRM implementation vendor based on input with cross functional field colleagues (Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access)
- Review incentive compensation and Rx allocation challenges
- Manage field alignment including field roster, zip to terr, HCO/HCP targeting and alignment and DCRs with input from field colleagues and analytics vendor
- Roster management upkeep
- Coordinate/manage sample operations and logistics with sampling vendor and field colleagues
- Work with fleet vendor to coordinate fleet operations and logistics along with field leadership
- Help train field colleagues on subnational data sources, reporting tools, CRM, sampling and fleet logistics
- Facilitate credentialing and state licensing of field colleagues
In addition to supporting field colleagues:
- 1 director will be the point/lead for CRM implementation, training and administration
- 1 director will be the point/lead for sampling logistics and fleet vendor management

- Veeva suite of commercial platforms (i.e. Veeva CRM, OpenData/Network)
- Experience with incentive compensation reporting and challenges
Education and Experience
- 8+ Years in Biotech / Pharmaceutical Industry
- 3+ years experience in commercial operations or field training required
- 3+ years field experience as a representative / 1L manager / medical science liaison is required
- Experience managing multiple vendors (e.g CRM design, IC, sampling, fleet) and working relationships with relevant vendors is preferred
- Experience working with many "internal customers" such as field teams is required
- Demonstrated success in optimizing field force effectiveness by leveraging performance metrics and implementing deployment, alignment and targeting strategies
Travel
This position requires up to 15% travel. Frequently travel is outside the local area and overnight.
Pay
US Salary Range: $160,000 - $185,000
