About the role
In this role, you will lead the commercial activities of several eye centers in South Germany. Your responsibilities include strategic oversight, performance management, team leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your commitment to excellent performance will help achieve business goals, enhance patient satisfaction, and promote the growth of Sanoptis's presence in the region.
Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial activities of multiple centers, ensuring compliance with Sanoptis standards.
- Oversee operational results and business objectives, including patient satisfaction, financial indicators, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Create and implement performance evaluations and set goals. Ensure a positive work environment that fosters productivity through effective communication and teamwork.
- Develop regional strategies aligned with our overarching business goals. Work closely with the Head of Operations and local medical and technical experts.
- Promote growth through center development. Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in your region, collaborating with the marketing team to increase patient volume using effective marketing and advertising strategies.
- Collaborate with:
- A strong operational team consisting of former consultants (Bain, BCG, Roland Berger, Oliver Wyman).
- Senior employees and leadership at Sanoptis, including the Head of Operations Germany and the clinical innovation and top-notch service leadership teams.
- Renowned specialists and leading experts in ophthalmology.
- A dedicated and qualified team of medical professionals and assistant doctors.
- Interdisciplinary teams throughout our entire network, including technology experts working on the latest advancements in ophthalmic treatment and digital health solutions.
Requirements
Your profile is distinguished by:
- Proven experience in a demanding environment, such as strategic consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, etc.) or similar fast-paced companies.
- Experience in creating and communicating business and financial analyses at the executive level. You produce meticulous and detail-oriented analyses.
- Entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to take responsibility and solve problems independently. Independent working style with minimal supervision is essential.
- Proven success in dealing with interest groups, including the ability to influence without formal authority and secure a significant role in decision-making. You possess the ability to resolve conflicts constructively and maintain resilience in challenging situations.
- Outstanding organizational and process management skills.
- Fluent German and English (minimum level C1).
- The willingness to achieve results and thrive in a dynamic environment with high responsibility.
