Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial cooling and beverage industries.
- Support the development of relationships with key potential customers, including Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Beverage bottlers, Convenience store chains, Foodservice customers and Distribution partners.
- Affiliate in customer presentations, business reviews, and proposal development.
Key Account Support
- Support strategic account management activities for commercial cooling customers.
- Work closely with customers to understand equipment and operational needs.
- Help develop long-term growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
Product & Market Development
- Maintain industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Provide market feedback to product management and engineering teams.
- Support product launches and commercialization initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Service teams to deliver customer solutions.
- Cook customer projects from initial opportunity through implementation.
- Ensure timely communication and execution of customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Commercial refrigeration, Beverage equipment, Foodservice equipment, Retail refrigeration, or Cold chain solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Prior experience supporting or managing business relationships with Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, bottlers, foodservice operators, or commercial refrigeration manufacturers.
- Strong industry connections and a proven ability to build partnerships within the beverage, refrigeration, and cold-chain sectors.
