About the role

The Business Development Manager - Commercial will lead strategic initiatives to expand market share and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship building.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and client acquisition.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the commercial sector preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
