About the role
The Business Development Manager - Commercial will lead strategic initiatives to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship building.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successful business development and client acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience in the commercial sector preferred.
- Knowledge of CRM systems beneficial.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
