Requirements
- 3+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent
- Experience on Commercial projects such as retail, Restaurants, Hotels, fuel stations, etc.
- Ground-up experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily field operations, subcontractors, etc.
- Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.
- Maintain a good client/customer relationship throughout the project
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as a Superintendent
- Ground-up commercial projects related to any of the following: Commercial / Retail / Restaurants / Hotels / Fuel Stations / etc.
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated
