Responsible for overseeing construction projects in the Commercial Construction sector. Manage teams, ensure project timelines are met, and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and ensure adherence to budget and scope
• Manage project teams and coordinate with subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Skills

• Construction management software proficiency (e.g., Procore, ArchiCAD)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with project management tools
