Commercial Client Manager

About the role

Highstreet Insurance & Financial Services, Great Plains is seeking an exceptional Commercial Client Manager to join their team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring commercial clients receive the service, coverage, and care they need. The Commercial Client Manager facilitates positive and effective relationships with valued commercial clients.

What you'll do

• Build lasting relationships, providing service and support to commercial clients
• Handle day-to-day questions for commercial clients
• Proactively work with clients on policy renewals
• Support clients during claims
• Manage the full life cycle of policies for designated accounts
• Generate new accounts and retain existing accounts
• Provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service to designated accounts in support of commercial activities
• Manage the book of business for commercial accounts
• Maintain relationships with existing clients
• Ensure exceptional client services for requests
• Collaborate with carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
• Prepare and support the renewal cycle

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain (materials and fees paid by Highstreet)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in insurance, commercial account management, or a related field
