Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning schedules and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
• Manage cleaning staff, including performance evaluations and training.
• Implement new cleaning technologies and methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with clients to address special project needs and ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure all cleaning activities meet or exceed industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial cleaning management.
• Proven ability to manage teams and develop staff.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations applicable to commercial cleaning.
• Experience with advanced cleaning technologies and methodologies.

Pay

• $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule
