Commercial Flooring Specialist
Responsibilities
- Exceed annual selling goals.
- Manage and develop a book of business from past clients and actively pursue new opportunities.
- Attend networking events like chamber of commerce and BNI meetings to build relationships.
- Research new companies and bidding opportunities.
- Participate in project management, ensuring all projects meet high standards of client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with key members of the project team, including architects, property managers, and purchasing agents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Working towards or having a high school diploma or GED, with a 2-year or 4-year college degree preferred.
- Two to five years of experience in commercial flooring.
- Regularly sit for sustained periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in using computers and capable of reading and understanding construction blueprints.

Pay and Schedule
$50,000/year with high commission earning potential, plus incentives. Top producers have ongoing earning potential of 75,000-100,000+ annually. Monday-Friday, flexible evening and weekend hours as needed for appointments.
