About the role

QuestMark is a division of CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s largest commercial and industrial flooring contractor. They are currently experiencing significant growth in their flooring division, which includes concrete floor maintenance, patching, cleaning, and disinfecting services. The company aims to increase their division by 100% in 2022, having already achieved the goal of becoming a $1 Billion Dollar Company.

Responsibilities

• Foremen: Supervise and manage construction crews, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Estimators: Prepare detailed estimates for new projects, including material costs, labor hours, and project timelines.
• SUPERINTENDENT: Oversee all aspects of a project from start to finish, ensuring quality standards are met and deadlines are adhered to.
• Sales Representatives: Identify potential clients, negotiate contracts, and manage sales efforts to grow the business.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a DOT physical examination.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Epoxy/Resinous experience is preferred.
• Previous flooring experience is a plus.
• The ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
