About the role
QuestMark is expanding its service division and is seeking local experienced employees to join the fast-growing company. Positions available include FOREMEN, ESTIMATORS, SUPERINTENDENT, and SALES REPRESENTATIVES.
Responsibilities
- Bring your crew!
- Hourly, total compensation range: $18 to $35 per hour
- Expand the division by 100% in 2022
- Work year-round with immediate interviews available
- Backlog of work and relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
- Potential candidates must demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
Qualifications
- Epoxy/Resinous experience preferred
- Previous flooring experience a plus
- The ability to work individually and as part of a team
- All candidates must be willing to travel and work out of town
- Able to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to pass a DOT physical examination
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Pay
The hourly, total compensation for this territory is: $18 to $35 per hour.
Schedule
Year-round work is available. The majority of our workforce has been with us over 5 years. Backlog of work is available. Out of town travel is required. Candidates must be able to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Skills
The ability to work successfully both individually and with a team environment is a must.
