About the role

QuestMark is a division of CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s largest commercial and industrial flooring contractor. They are currently experiencing significant growth in their flooring division, which includes concrete floor maintenance, patching, cleaning, and disinfecting services. The company is seeking to expand its division by 100% in 2022, having already achieved the goal of becoming a $1 Billion Dollar Company.

Responsibilities

• Foremen: Supervise and manage construction crews, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Estimators: Provide accurate cost estimates for new projects, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and specifications.
• SUPERINTENDENT: Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Sales Representatives: Sell flooring solutions to potential clients, providing detailed proposals and presentations.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a DOT physical examination.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Epoxy/Resinous experience is preferred.
• Previous flooring experience is a plus.
• The ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
