About the role

QuestMark is expanding its service division and is seeking local experienced employees to join the company. Positions available include FOREMEN, ESTIMATORS, SUPERINTENDENT, and SALES REPRESENTATIVES.

Responsibilities

• Bring your crew to expand the division by 100% in 2022.
• Work on various projects including concrete floor maintenance, patching, cleaning, and disinfecting.
• Expand the company's status as the nation's largest self-performing flooring contractor and leading provider of polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coatings.
• Work year-round with immediate interviews available.
• Relocate to the area if qualified.
• Travel out of town for work.
• Work weekends, holidays, and potentially overnight.

Requirements

• Epoxy/Resinous experience is preferred.
• Previous flooring experience is a plus.
• The ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Age 18 or older.
• Able to pass a DOT physical examination.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and potentially overnight.

Pay

The hourly, total compensation for this territory is $18 to $35 per hour.

Schedule

Year-round work is available with potential for out-of-town travel and weekend/holiday work.
