Responsibilities
- Drive growth of the Commercial Card portfolio through new client acquisition, increased card spend and utilization, and expansion of existing relationships.
- Accountable for achieving defined portfolio growth, acquisition, utilization, and relationship expansion targets while partnering across the bank to deliver value, retention, and profitability.
- Integrate new technologies and capabilities to maintain the Bank’s position as the Hawaii market leader for card-based commercial payments.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience required
- Master’s degree in Business or professional certification in commercial payments preferred
- Accounting, Finance, or Procurement knowledge
- 5+ years banking or financial services experience
- Demonstrated performance in meeting and/or exceeding sales goals and servicing Key Performance Indicators
- 5 years of experience in outside business-to-business sales; or 5 years of progressively responsible experience in customer service; or 2 years of professional experience in account payables solutions
- Skilled in data analysis, reporting, profitability analysis, and performance metric monitoring
- Proficient in CRM systems and leveraging client data to identify growth opportunities
- Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 suite of applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong business development, prospecting, and consultative sales skills
- Skilled at preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, training, and onboarding support
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Able to exercise discretion regarding confidential or sensitive information
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, multiple deadlines, and concurrent projects
- Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance the client experience
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, and drive results with minimal supervision
- Results-oriented professional with experience achieving growth, retention, and performance objectives
Pay
The annual salary range for this role is: $68,000 - $88,000 per year; commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM (hours may vary).
