Responsibilities

  • Execute the sales cycle, set up appointments, and maintain assigned contact lists.
  • Participate in professional associations, host lunch-and-learn events, and promote continuing education (CE) courses.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships and build new customer relationships by educating them on the reasons SERVPRO® is the best Fire & Water restoration company in the world.
  • Compile and maintain decision maker information and identify “Target 25” (Top 25 prospects to develop into clients).
  • Provide Owners and Sales and Marketing Managers with one-on-one meetings (closing appointments).
  • Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals.

Requirements

  • Preferably Commercial Business Development Representative experience.
  • A process-and-results-driven attitude.
  • Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry.
  • Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
