About the role

Manage all aspects of setting up commercial bank accounts including establishing new accounts, maintenance, and administration of user access rights and configurations for multiple applications. Answer questions and provide guidance and information on multiple products to clients. Supports system testing activities and product team initiatives. Adhere to the highest standards of client service and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Open new accounts, complete user setup, and access change requests in various applications for commercial banking clients
  • Timely follow-up and resolution on all outstanding issues related to commercial account operations
  • Affirm user access and account services audits to maintain security and quality standards
  • Provide support to Relationship Managers to assist Commercial Clients/Prospects on product questions, account maintenance and service issues
  • Support Product Teams with initiatives and application implementations
  • Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor as needed

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree/some college preferred in a relevant field such as business, finance, or accounting
  • Typically has 2-4 years’ related experience in a financial institution or commercial banking role, preferably with new accounts experience and familiarity with commercial banking products and services
  • Experience using banking platform systems, preferably with new accounts experience and/or operations background
  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Understanding of banking regulations and compliance
  • Inquisitiveness and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a multi-task, high-volume environment
  • High degree of patience and problem management techniques to resolve problems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, and other relevant software applications
  • Understanding of the banking, real estate, title insurance or related industries preferred

Pay

Pay Range: $23.37 - $31.14 Hourly
