Commercial Banking Specialist

Job Summary

A growing banking team is seeking a Commercial Banking Specialist to provide high-level support to commercial lenders and serve as a trusted relationship contact for commercial banking clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support commercial lenders with daily client service, loan support, account servicing, and operational banking needs.
• Serve as a primary relationship contact for commercial banking clients, delivering professional and responsive white-glove service.
• Aid in loan documentation, financial data collection, approvals, signatures, account maintenance, and compliance-related accuracy reviews.
• Handle wires, transfers, overdraft monitoring, past due reports, and general commercial banking support activities.
• Collaborate with clients, lenders, and internal departments to ensure a smooth and efficient banking experience.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services while maintaining a client-first approach.

Compensation And Benefits

Salary range: $50,000 to $60,000 per year. Direct hire opportunity.
