In This Role, You Will Review and model client and prospect financial statements that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factorsParticipate in financial research, underwriting, and structuring of complex banking relationshipsAnalyze and report industry and portfolio trendsCollaborate and consult with Commercial Banking Portfolio Management peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues, grow within the role and achieve goalsBecome an expert in various systems used in Commercial Banking Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Experience in lending to the restaurant industryExperience with complex credit, underwriting, and debt structure for clients with annual revenue of $25MM to $2BCompletion of a formal credit training programComprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services, such as commercial lending and treasury managementExperience in swiftly adopting and executing change management to enable business growthExperience developing and maintaining external and internal partnershipsExperience identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with processes and proceduresExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business Job expectations: This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipThis position offers a hybrid work scheduleSpecific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
