Commercial Bank Sales Recruiter - Vice President
As a Recruiter in the Commercial Bank, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment efforts. This high-impact role partners closely with business leaders to identify, engage, and successfully recruit banking talent, supporting the business in achieving its strategic objectives. You will focus on all aspects of Talent Acquisition, including competitive intelligence, market mapping, and confidential project work. Strong client relationships with senior managers and candidates are paramount, requiring consultative and strategic thought leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end full lifecycle recruitment, from direct approach to search completion
- Serve as the recruiting point of contact for Treasury Sales
- Source qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels and ensure a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication
- Demonstrate expert-level understanding of the line of business recruiting needs
- Educate candidates on career growth potential, benefits, compensation philosophy, and advantages of employment, selling both the firm and the opportunity
- Conduct appropriate compensation conversations with hiring managers and candidates to ensure offer closure
- Provide meaningful market data in support of client needs
- Establish rapport and partner with stakeholders (HR Advisory, Compensation, Business Management) for recruiting strategy, senior hiring, and data/reporting
- Utilize the complete functionality of the applicant tracking system and maintain data integrity
Requirements
- 6+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including extensive direct sourcing
- Strong project management experience with the ability to manage complex assignments and multiple searches while delivering high-level client service
- Expert name generation, networking, and relationship-building skills
- High level of comfort with direct sourcing and the ability to sell opportunities to currently employed candidates
- Interpersonally effective and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels
- Innovative, creative, and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and priorities
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to negotiate complex compensation packages
- Strong executive presence
Preferred Qualifications
- Agency, executive search, or corporate sales recruiting experience
- Solid understanding of Commercial Bank business

Base salary is determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. Eligible roles may receive commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation, paid in cash and/or forfeitable equity, awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions.
