Responsibilities
- Demonstrate, promote, and understand the asphalt industry
- Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers
- Maintain close communications with prospects and existing customers to close sales and promote customer retention
- Met and exceed targets - Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition
- Track progress and results - Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in HubSpot system
- Research and understand target market - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and The Hatch Group’s overall market opportunity
Requirements
- 3+ years experience selling asphalt, construction, or similar industry services
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or demonstrated experience in sales
- Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed customer acquisition goals
- Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating
- Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
- Familiarity with HubSpot and Google Suite
Compensation
- Annual base salary with commission structure
- 80% Travel required to be on job sites, complete site walks, and meet with customers as needed throughout the Central Florida area
