Commercial Roofing Sales Representative

Your Duties

  • Manage your territory and expand
  • Create and maintain relationships by calling and meeting with facilities directors, building owners, and purchasing directors
  • Maintain contact with current customers
  • Make connections with customers by visiting facilities to assess service needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Get on roofs to conduct thorough inspections and spot opportunities to give winning, professional and detailed quotes for service needs
  • Stay organized and keep up to date information on contacts and operations in our management system
  • Thrive in a dynamic, challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Support regional sales efforts
  • Keep track of all sales communication as well as provide insights on any lost business to help us keep improving

What You Bring

  • A high school diploma and at least 3 years of sales experience, roofing experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and a self-motivated, proactive attitude
  • Maintain professionalism
  • Organizational skills and a knack for math
