Commercial and Industrial Sales Rep
About the role
Culligan Ultrapure is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join their Commercial & Industrial (C&I) team in Texas. The ideal candidate will bring expertise, energy, and passion to expand the company's business by securing new customers and nurturing existing ones in the Commercial and Industrial markets.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business by identifying and developing new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, relationship building, and lead generation.
- Grow existing accounts by maintaining and nurturing strong relationships with current clients while identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Optimize sales processes using NetSuite CRM to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and ensure meeting KPIs and revenue goals.
- Present solutions by writing and delivering engineering-based solutions and quotes for industrial and commercial water purification systems that address client needs.
- Customer-focused by overseeing customer satisfaction, ensuring all needs are met, and following up on projects for successful installation and beyond.
Requirements
- Education: A BS degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering is preferred, but candidates from other fields with 5+ years of proven sales experience in the water industry are also considered.
- Experience: 5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in the water industry.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Drive: High energy, results-oriented, and passionate about customer service and sales.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.

Benefits
The compensation for this position is comprised of an annual salary plus commission. The expected total annual compensation for this role ranges from $75,000 to $125,000+, depending on individual performance.

Schedule
All employees work a 5-day workweek with Fridays off.
