Commercial Administration Manager

About the role

Key responsibilities include ownership of the contract application process, ensuring applications for payment are completed successfully, and acting as a point of escalation in the resolution of commercial applications and aged debt queries. Additional responsibilities include coordinating contract responses for early warning events, compensation events, and changes to cost model, as well as ensuring all aspects of the contract are invoiced in accordance with contract rules.

• Coordinate contract responses for early warning events, compensation events, and changes to cost model
• Ensure all aspects of contract – projects, reactive and corrective works are invoiced in accordance with contract rules
• Focal point for commercial and contractual matters on the contract
• Month end P&L analysis and report to the Account Director/Business Director accordingly
• Sales forecasting, accrual, and profitability analysis

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in Hard FM / Facilities Management experience
• Strong commercial/financial acumen
• Confident in communicating to customers, suppliers, and employees
• Experience of NEC Type contracts in Hard FM / Facilities Management
• Excellent communication skills including presentation and report production
• Full driving licence
