Commercial Account Executive – Dimond Business Unit
About the role
The Dimond Business Unit - Commercial Lines employees work in a team approach with the Commercial Lines Sales Executives and our carrier partners. They place new business and service existing customers, while maintaining strong relationships with all involved parties.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients, partner carriers, and internal team members.
- Work closely with Sales Executives on new business and renewal strategies.
- Create professional Proposals and Renewal Summaries using AMS360.
- Ensure all documents are accurate and complete.
- Respond to requests for change endorsements, proof of insurance, and answer coverage questions.
Requirements
- Strong PC skills, with the ability to effectively utilize the agency's management systems and Microsoft software products, and carrier resources.
- Pro-active, with the initiative to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, high-level customer service, organization, and attention to detail.
- Function well in a high-paced, and at times, stressful environment.
- Professional and positive attitude, team player that collaborates well with others.
Qualifications
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License.
- Previous 5 years’ experience as a successful Commercial Lines Account Executive.

Education and Experience
Minimum: Active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License. Previous 5 years’ experience as a successful Commercial Lines Account Executive.
