Commercial Account Executive – Dimond Business Unit

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partner carriers, and internal team
• Create and develop proposals and renewal summaries using AMS360
• Ensure all documents are accurate and complete
• Respond to requests for change endorsements, proof of insurance, and answer coverage questions

Requirements

• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in the agency's management systems and Microsoft software products, and carrier resources
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Proactive, with the initiative to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service abilities
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to function well in a high-paced, and sometimes stressful environment
• Positive attitude and team player who collaborates well with others

About the Role

The Dimond Business Unit - Commercial Lines employees work in a team approach with the Commercial Lines Sales Executives and our carrier partners. They place new business and service existing customers, while maintaining strong relationships with all involved parties.

Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a successful Commercial Lines Account Executive
