The Role
As a Commercial Account Executive at ScreenCloud, your role will be to understand the needs of potential customers quickly and efficiently, demonstrating how our platform can solve their communication challenges.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging and effective sales presentations, tailored to client needs
- Thoughtfully navigate sales cycles, at a speed that customers are comfortable but while maintaining control
- Encourage prospect/customer site visits, to learn more about them and their use cases
- Develop robust account plans and stakeholder maps for key accounts
- Design creative outreach strategies and support account-based marketing activities and campaigns to unearth leads
- Leverage partner integrations to differentiate ScreenCloud and encourage partner sales reps to open doors to potential ScreenCloud customers from within their network
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms, alongside our contract management team
Requirements
- A strong track record of Sales in a SaaS environment 1-3 years in a B2B Saas Sales role
- Able to work 2-3 days in our Charlotte, NC office
- Comfortable discussing technical products and simplifying complex ideas for different audiences
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage long and sometimes complex sales processes
- Self-motivated, with a focus on results
- Ability to attend industry events and travel to client site as required
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Willingness to learn; we value continuous learning and want those who are keen to develop themselves
