Command Center Operator - Security

Mission

The Command Center Operator oversees security systems, manages security cameras, and ensures compliance with safety regulations to protect people, property, and assets.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Monitoring Security Cameras: Ensure all security procedures are followed, including access controls, surveillance, and emergency response.
• Incident Management: Document and report security incidents promptly, maintaining records of incidents and security logs (DAR) for analysis and reporting.
• Collaboration with Law Enforcement: Act as a point of contact with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies to support security operations and business interests.
• Emergency Response Coordination: Coordinate response efforts during emergencies, ensuring all security personnel are trained on evacuation procedures and emergency response.
• Establishes proactive and collaborative relationships with site manager to strengthen security response times.
• Maintains all post documentation.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to see, hear, speak, and write clearly to communicate with customers and/or law enforcement.
• Normal vision or corrected by use of glasses and/or contacts for normal reading and viewing abilities.
• General computer knowledge and able to adapt to software.
