About the role
As a Security Operation Center Operator in Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Aero/Defense and more. As a Dispatch Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, document incidents, and help direct response to security-related needs. Your visible presence, clear communication, and customer-focused service will help support a secure environment. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
- Monitor communication systems, alarms, and incoming calls; dispatch appropriate personnel and resources in accordance with established protocols.
- Receive, document, prioritize, and relay information regarding incidents, alarms, access concerns, and emergency situations.
- Respond to critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and coordinate communications with site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, and other required records while supporting security-related operations across the location.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
- Guard card/license is preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
- Access control/badge experience is preferred.
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
