Comfort Advisor

About the role

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Comfort Advisor to join our team. In this role, you'll help homeowners select the ideal HVAC solutions for their comfort, indoor air quality, and energy-efficiency needs. This is a 100% commission-based position designed for high performers who want to take control of their income, with a steady flow of qualified leads and no cap on earning potential. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate HVAC needs, perform assessments, and discuss potential solutions.
• Present HVAC solutions with detailed explanations to help customers make informed decisions.
• Prepare accurate and competitive pricing estimates based on customer requirements and company guidelines.
• Close sales using effective techniques to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain customer communication to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and provide ongoing support.
• Leverage company-provided leads and self-generated prospects to maximize sales opportunities.
• Attend ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales strategies, and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and installation schedules.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of successful sales experience (HVAC experience required).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• Positive, coachable, and driven attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Current and valid driver’s license in the state in which you will work.

Work Environment

• Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces.
• Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds.
• Operates hand and power tools and vehicles.
• Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members.
• Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.

Pay

Pay range: $150,000 USD - $300,000 USD (100% commission-based).
