The Tesla Collision Repair Program is seeking a Collision Technician to join a team supporting the latest electric vehicle technology. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Follow Tesla-specific repair procedures
  2. Perform structural and cosmetic repairs on various Tesla models
  3. Use Celette Frame Jigs for setting new structural components
  4. Glue, rivet, and weld structural components
  5. Repair exterior cosmetic panels using metal finishing and body filler
  6. Replace all parts associated with collision repair, including body panels, suspension parts, vehicle structure, radiators, airbags, and trim
  7. Proficient in Mig Welding

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Collision Repair Technician
  • Ability to read and comprehend automotive repair procedures
  • Excellent attitude and enjoy working in teams
  • Nice and organized work habits
  • Vocational Certificate in Collision Repair and I-CAR Mig Welding certification (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license (preferred)
