Collision Center Administrative Assistant - Northside Lexus

Accuracy. Honesty. Attention to detail. If you have these qualities AND want to make a great living putting them to use, then our dealership has an opportunity for you. The Administrative Assistant position provides a thorough introduction into the world of collision repair.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers and Visitors
• Explain repair estimates to customers and ensure their understanding
• Help customers process their insurance claims as appropriate
• Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the correct associate
• Record messages accurately
• Enter data into the appropriate databases
• Handle Accounts Receivable and coordinate actions with management
• Collect payments from customers for repairs completed and carefully explain repair charges
• Refer disputes to management
• Make daily bank deposits of cash and checks received
• Receive deliveries of inventory and route to the correct associate
• Assist with bi-weekly payroll
• Handle basic administrative tasks – typing, copying, filing, etc. – for management

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to work professionally and courteously with customers
• A people-focused mindset and a passion for providing great customer service
• Proficiency with multiline phone systems and computers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English
• High school diploma or GED
• Customer service experience is a plus
