College Co-op: Enterprise Strategy & Growth Analyst

About the role

The Strategy & Transformation team includes Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Market Intelligence, Portfolio Management, Strategic Capabilities, and Continuous Improvement. The team partners across the organization to identify growth opportunities, drive strategic initiatives, and enhance business performance.

Responsibilities

• Support Independence Blue Cross's efforts to identify growth opportunities, advance strategic initiatives, and improve execution across key business priorities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends.
• Support strategic planning activities.
• Track initiative performance.
• Develop insights that help leadership make informed, data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Rising Junior or Senior undergraduate student.
• Recent graduate (within one year of the program start date).
• Minimum GPA 3.5.
• Must have an Android or iOS device compatible with the free Microsoft Authenticator app.

Qualifications

• Preferred areas of study: Strategy, Transformation/Change Management, Program Management, Corporate Development, Economics, Finance, Healthcare Administration or Healthcare Management.

Skills

• Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize information and solve complex problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
