Collector - Outbound

About the role

Answer inbound phone calls from internal and external customers.
Possess responsibility for processing payments.
Making credit release decisions based on established procedures.
Resolve customer disputes by referring them to field personnel.
Manage payment arrangements for delinquent accounts.
Initiate outbound collection calls to support credit release procedures.
Report escalated customer disputes and collections issues to appropriate parties.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two (2) years of credit and collections experience.
