Collector - Inbound
About the role
You will answer inbound phone calls from internal and external customers, process payments, make credit release decisions, refer customer disputes to field personnel, make payment arrangements on delinquent accounts, perform outbound collections calls, escalate customer disputes and collections situations as necessary, and assist the team in meeting inbound service level standards.

Requirements
- High School diploma / GED required
- More than two (2+) years Credit & Collections experience
- Computer experience in Word and Excel
- Great customer service skills and effective verbal communication skills
- Successful team environment experience
