About the role

The organization is seeking an experienced Retention and Attach Support Contractor to manage an inbound queue, lead passing, and call out on retention customers needing to renew. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with the retention and attach teams, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an inbound queue, lead passing, and calling out on retention customers needing to renew.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Collaborate with the retention and attach teams.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when communicating with clients.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their questions are resolved.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications

  • SaaS experience preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a hybrid environment preferred.
  • College degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Closing experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of: What they are selling, the value of professional tax software/taxware solutions, incentives & compensation, and experience level entry level.

Skills

Preferred skills include SaaS experience, previous hybrid experience, college degree, closing experience, and understanding of the product/service being sold.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.86 - $24.86/hr. Employees receive 100% incentive payout during the training period regardless of performance metrics. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
