Responsibilities

• Engage with members to discuss account statuses and payment options, ensuring a customer-centric experience.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, focusing on building rapport and understanding each member's unique situation.
• Analyze account histories to identify trends and create personalized payment plans.
• Document interactions with precision to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Work closely with team members to share best practices and participate in training sessions.
• Develop skills in resolving disputes amicably.
• Monitor account developments and report any significant concerns to the management team.
• Contribute to a high-performance environment focused on excellence and member satisfaction.

Collectors are required to work until 7:00 PM one night per week.

Prior collections experience is preferred.
