How Role Will Make an Impact
- Determines Intel capabilities and integrates them into mission command training.
- Maintains up-to-date with TRADOC doctrine and provides the latest training orders and scenarios to the Training Unit Commander (TUC).
- Maintains flexibility in team composition to meet the training needs of various units, including those in combat arms, combat support, and combat service support.
- Collaborates with the TUC to adapt training orders or scenarios to fit the specific needs of the unit, creating realistic training events.
Requirements
- Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required.
- Previous senior Army leadership experience with a training management background, preferably including Commanders Tactical Training Support Program (CTC) experience.
- Combat Arms, Combat Support, or Combat Service Support Officer with primary staff experience at Battalion or higher rank.
- Preferred recent experience working within the ARNG training support system or a similar system.
- At least 6 years’ combined staff experience within the specific Warfighting Function (or 8 years’ specialized MCTSP experience).
- Recent experience working with Warfighting Functional Area Army MCIS.
