Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers with past‑due accounts.
• Accept incoming calls regarding past‑due accounts.
• Secure payments on accounts that are past due.
• Maintain professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
• Problem‑solve and multitask while handling customer inquiries.
• Exchange accurate information effectively over the phone.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of previous call‑center experience.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (required).
• Knowledge of the FDCPA (preferred).
• Positive attitude and strong customer‑service aptitude.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
• Willingness to problem‑solve and multitask.
• For remote positions: broadband internet connection (no DSL or dial‑up), hard‑wired connection (no Wi‑Fi or hotspots), with at least 25 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speed.
